“Our story in selling my father's house is a long one and we had gone through 3 real estate agents before working with Dee Paris. In our initial talks she said all the right things. We had had similar conversations with the previous agents as well. The question was would the fourth time be different. Our dealings with Dee were much different than the previous agents. The first area was that she did what she said she would do. We had regular conversations about how things were going and we adjusted our strategy as the selling process moved forward. This was the biggest key to getting our property sold - aligning our expectations for our house with the current market. Dee was able to bring more traffic into our home than the previous agents which allowed us to get a better picture of what our buyer might look like. As we continued with more showings and having feedback, Dee focused on appropriate buyers and was able to finally get us in touch with the eventual buyer. When we hit bumps in the process Dee was always there to get us over any issue and keep the process moving. This happened a few times. It was a pleasure to have an agent that was on our side and was diligent in getting the deal done. She ticks all the boxes for a real estate agent and is someone that you will be happy you chose during your selling process and when she sells your property.
